Finished product. Now to let it stay open and make sure it doesn’t leak any over the next 24-48 hours then we’ll fill it back in. 

Water Line Leak

As with everything concerning our house we have another crap job. This is what we found when digging to find our water leak in our yard. We are figuring that when they were laying the line they ran out and this was there fix...LOL! There’s no telling how many years this has had a minor leak before finally getting larger. 

Changes with USAT Federation

So USAT which is the organization that T’Money hasta do his State Championship Qualifier through in order to go to Nationals have changed the rules this year. We were just informed this evening that there are going to be rankings added for each competitor. What that means for the competitor is that they will have to do at least three more other State competitions outside their own to get their rankings up for Nationals. Here are a couple of pics of what we were given earlier tonight. Going to other State Competitions means hotel stays and more competition fees. Not something we wanted to hear and not something we are really wanting to do but T’Money wants to do this so we’re on board full steam ahead. 

Just a Recap

Since the end of November til now we’ve had our HVAC system die. It needs replacing. We’ve had our Jeep in the shop for a water pump replacement and valve cover gasket replacement. We’ve have the work truck in the shop to have an oil cooler replaced, a high pressure diesel pump replaced, and it’s currently in the shop to have an ignition switch replacement. Now we go out today after all the snow has melted to find a swamp in our back yard because we have a busted water line that we are having to repair before it rains. The only good piece of information we’ve had is from our neighbor when he was helping us dig the hole in the yard. We found out that he would definitely give up the farm life and move to a town home given the opportunity. So we now know that for the right amount of money we could have 13 acres of land and that’s a good piece of information to have. 

Our Sunday afternoon Project

We had to dig up our yard this afternoon. We have a water leak that we are gonna havta repair and be extra careful not to nick the electrical wiring in the process. Fun times at the Neal household.

Even with running a fever this kid keeps going. Here are some pics for you to enjoy. We ended up getting somewhere around 5-6” of snow. Made all of our boys day!!!
