Tim did a 74kg Snatch and a 90kg Clean & Jerk at the 2024 Athletic Lab Spring Open Meet on 4.6.2024. He got Gold and made new Meet PR's too.

Drills, Drills, and More Drills
Tonight they did tons of drills at sparring training. It was a great training session. It worked on their speed. Speed is key when doing competition sparring.

A Better Video of T-Money’s New Headshot
He just learned this headshot last weekend and he was able to do it perfectly with the exception of falling with another group that he trains with. He’s learning a lot and we couldn’t be prouder.

Haircut Today
T-Money decided to go back short when he got his haircut today. He has very little red left in his hair. It’s faded quite a bit.

Well since......
So Timothy is actually homeschooled but since everyone was doing 1st day of school pics I figured I’d post one of him too. It’s his last year as an elementary student. 5th grade full steam ahead!!! Of course we never really take a summer break. We basically do school year round.

Training today at Master Salim’s
Good training today. T had a bit of a ruff day today and got frustrated a little. He’s practicing at home now so that won’t happen again. Gotta put the time in training at home if you don’t want repeats of stuff happening and to get better. So he’s training still.
