Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team - Jan. 2024 - Charlotte Triple Crown
Tim did a 74kg Snatch and a 90kg Clean & Jerk at the 2024 Athletic Lab Spring Open Meet on 4.6.2024. He got Gold and made new Meet PR's too.

Panera Bread Field Trip with our homeschool group
We had a field trip today to Panera Bread. Timmy had a great time. He got to make bread and do a cookie. We also got to tour the facility. Here are some pictures of our time there:

Timmy's Easter Surprise
This is what Timmy got for Easter. He went straight for the Star Wars book over everything else. I'm so glad that a book was more important to him than the toys or candy:-)!
BBW High Yellow Belt Test
Timmy tested for his High Yellow Belt yesterday and passed. He is now a High Yellow Belt:-)!
