Tim did a 74kg Snatch and a 90kg Clean & Jerk at the 2024 Athletic Lab Spring Open Meet on 4.6.2024. He got Gold and made new Meet PR's too.

Bruises
Bruises happen a lot in this sport I love so much but usually they are on my legs...LOL! My teammate, Taylor, got me good last weekend. I’m sure I will return the favor sometime soon.

Sunday Training Funny
Let me just say before you watch this video that T is wearing Mooto chest gear. It’s body armor for serious fighters. The other boy is wearing soft family TaeKwonDo chest gear. Big difference!!!
