Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team - Jan. 2024 - Charlotte Triple Crown
Tim did a 74kg Snatch and a 90kg Clean & Jerk at the 2024 Athletic Lab Spring Open Meet on 4.6.2024. He got Gold and made new Meet PR's too.

Two 1st Places and one 2nd Place. We couldn’t be more proud. It was a great tournament and he got to see all his friends plus his friends from Canada were there as well. It was a great day all around. This year it ran more smoothly than it has in years past. So glad it was such a great experience for Timothy.

Georgia State Championships 2018
T-Money fought hard and good. He brought home the Gold Medal. So proud of this boy. Grand Master Caan coached him for the first time today and was quite impressed with how great he fought. Check out the video clip.

Natural Area
Johnathan made quick work of the natural area but boy do we have a humongous burn pile when we get back. 
Maple Tree
That there tree is a Maple tree. The allergist told us years ago that Timothy is really bad allergic to Maple trees and we have one right off the back of our house. That tree more than likely will be going bye bye. So sad too because in the Fall it is so beautiful.
