Just a Recap

Since the end of November til now we’ve had our HVAC system die. It needs replacing. We’ve had our Jeep in the shop for a water pump replacement and valve cover gasket replacement. We’ve have the work truck in the shop to have an oil cooler replaced, a high pressure diesel pump replaced, and it’s currently in the shop to have an ignition switch replacement. Now we go out today after all the snow has melted to find a swamp in our back yard because we have a busted water line that we are having to repair before it rains. The only good piece of information we’ve had is from our neighbor when he was helping us dig the hole in the yard. We found out that he would definitely give up the farm life and move to a town home given the opportunity. So we now know that for the right amount of money we could have 13 acres of land and that’s a good piece of information to have.
