The Faces of Our Business...

This will be the picture we will be using on our business social media pages as well as the front page of our business website.  It's great that T is at an age where he can be included and it truly will be family owned and operated not just Scot operating it.  Here's the picture I got of them together:

T’s Orthodontist Appt & My Dentist Appt.

T’s orthodontist appointment went great today. He chose a lighter color of band this time to switch it up a bit.

I had to be seen at the dentist today. I have a fractured tooth that will need a crown done. The last crown and now this one have both been caused from my clinching and grinding my teeth when I sleep so after we get this tooth fixed we are going to be getting me the night guard that the dentist makes so we can avoid anymore mishaps that cost me having to do any more crowns. It is something I’ve been trying to get done for several years now but now it’s actually going to happen. Sad part is that all this eats into our budget for the new trailer.

Pray 🙏!  Pray for large good paying projects so that we can do all that we need to do for me and for our company with the new trailer. Thank you so much for keeping us in your prayers.

T’s Hair…

T’s hair is getting so long on top. It looks so good. I’m really loving the change from crazy short to this style. Wasn’t sure I would like it at first but I really do like it. He’s such a handsome kid.

Found A Trailer For The Business...

Our old trailer for the business is worn out.  It's showing it's age big time with lots of rust and the floor is wearing to the point to where Scot has had to reinforce some things the best he can underneath so that the floor doesn't drop out.  We are to the point where the rig is just not looking so good and it's falling apart in other places too and we don't want to look like the hacks that also do the same business such as ours that drive beat up stuff everywhere they go to do business.  How your business presents itself to the customer is important so we have been on a search for a new trailer to put our machine in.  We've found one that will work.  What we need will cost us anywhere from $5,000 to possibly $8,000. So now we save and hopefully by Labor Day we can save enough to buy a trailer to put everything into.  At least now we know what they are going for and that's a handy piece of information to have.

Pray!!!  Pray for business to be steady.  Pray for large projects to book.  Pray that we are able to save over and beyond what we need to buy the trailer with because we will also need finances to Rhinoline the bottom of the inside of the trailer and up the side of the wall about 2 feet.  Plus we will need material to build a shelf for rugs.  We think we may have all the material we need to build a shelf for the rugs but just in case we want to have finances in place for that as well.  The Rhinolining is what we are in question about???  Not sure how much that will cost but it's a need so that water from the machine doesn't mess up the floor like it did with this trailer we have currently.   Also pray for the current trailer to hold up while we work to obtain what we need to replace what we have.  We covet your prayers and thank you for standing in agreement with us for what we need for our business.   God Bless you all!

Memories...

It has been since 2017 that we started this journey in TaeKwonDo Sparring.  That was the year that T got to go spend a week in Canada training with Black Belt World Canada's Sparring Team which really jumped started T's interest in the sport in a major way.  T and his buddy Greyson had such a fantastic time there and we got to visit Niagara Falls while there which is where this picture was taken.  They were so little back then and now T is almost taller than me.  The time sure is flying by but we are cherishing and loving every moment of it.  Since this picture was taken Greyson is no longer doing TaeKwonDo.  He's pursuing other interests while T is continuing down this path with gusto.  He loves TaeKwonDo.  He really enjoys teaching it as well.  Looking forward to seeing just how far he goes with Master Doug as his Master now.  This was taken with the Black Belt World North Carolina crew.  Many have moved on from BBW now, including T, but this memory will always be cherished in our hearts.  It was such a great time with great people.

T’s New Workout Bench

T’s body coach has him doing a lot of dumbbell workouts right now so we had to get him a workout bench. It’s new to him but we got it used. It looks brand new though. Love finding good deals on equipment that he needs.

Collage

I made this collage from earlier today.

Two More Great Shots

Two more really great shots😊. Love how much T enjoys helping the little ones. He’s a great teacher and the little guys love him.

Core Today

T loves working with the little kids. He really enjoys seeing them improve. #CoreTaekwondoPerformanceCenter #TeamCore

Body Coach Exercises

These are the Body Coach exercises that T has been doing while he recovers from shin splints. Some of the exercises are specifically for helping his shins recover better. Most are core exercises. He’s been doing a ton of the core exercises. This video is just showing snippets of what he’s currently doing. The Coach has him doing sets of these and some sets are 50 reps. T’s core is going to be crazy strong.
