6 month cleaning and dental checkup

Timothy had his 6 month dental appointment today. Everything went great. They were pleased with how good he’s brushing his teeth. He barely had any plaque on them at all. Then came the news that 2 of his molars had spots from when they grew in that have no enamel on them and we havta have them fixed before they get a cavity. So we get to go back in and give the dentist even more money to fix the issue. Plus we found out that he will havta have braces once his 12 baby teeth that are left fall out and his permanent ones grow in.

2nd Dan Black Belt Pretest #3

Tonight was Timothy’s last pretest. For his 2nd Dan Black Belt. So glad that we are almost done. Timothy aced his testing tonight which consisted of a written exam, Referee Handsignals, and his Kicking Combinations. We are so proud of our boy!

Timothy runs everyday now with the exception of when we have appointments and fieldtrips. He’s almost worked himself up to a 5k and his goal is to be able to run a 10k. 

Sparring Training at BBW 9.30.17

Timothy did 10 rounds of sparring this past Saturday. He’s learning a lot. He was beat when he was done. It was a total of 14 sparring rounds in a matter of 5 hours this past Saturday.

The boys did four rounds of training with the Daedo gear. Can’t train enough with this gear. He’s getting used to what it will be like at State Championships.
