Timmy's sixth tooth cut through the gums today. You can actually feel the sharp edges of the tooth. It was a rough night last night also because of this tooth cutting through the gum. He was up a total of three times last night and he hasn't napped well today either. We are hoping that since this tooth has cut through the gum that he'll sleep much better tonight. At the rate that he is going with his teeth he may have a mouth full by the time he turns a year old in May. That will be very cool!
On another note, Timmy sure likes the pink stuff he is having to take for his ear infection. In fact, he likes it so much that he gets upset big time when I'm done giving him his dose. He always wants more.
Just last night we let Timmy crawl on the floor downstairs. We haven't been letting Timmy crawl around downstairs because of the dogs but we just said to heck with it and let him crawl around and explore. He had so much fun. Of course, the first thing he gets to he pulls up on. No surprise there. He really is getting around quite well these days.
The dogs aren't sure if they like Timmy being on the floor or not?! Charlie, our older sheltie, doesn't seem to care but he's careful around Timmy. Dexter, our pup, seems to think Timmy is a toy to be played with and licked on so we have to keep a very close eye out when they are together. I tell you what though, Charlie sure sees Timmy as one of his humans and is very protective of him. Dexter isn't old enough yet to be protective of his humans but it will happen. Dexter and Timmy are going to be great pals growing up together.
Our carpet cleaning business, A Clean Solution, has been doing well. God has blessed us and Scot has been busy. Scot was recently certified in carpet repair and now can do minor repairs on carpets. He has had several opportunities to use his new skills.
Other than being busy taking care of Timmy I am doing Beth Moore's bible study on Esther. It has been really good and I've learned quite a bit so far. It has been lots of fun studying the Word with my sisters in Christ.
Well, I just wanted to give you an update on us. It's been a while since I've written an update on everything with us and wanted to fill you all in.

Dada, Mama, Nana, and Byebye
Today for the first time Timmy said Dada, Mama, Nana, and Byebye over and over again. It was so much fun to hear him saying so many things. Especially Mama. Today was the most I've heard him say that. I had so much fun listening to him say his new words. I'm looking forward to hearing him say them some more tomorrow.
Crawling and pulling up
In the past couple of weeks Timmy has begun crawling and pulling up like a pro. I just love to watch him go now. Scot and I get such a kick out of watching him. He is really enjoying going from one toy to the next in his play room and pulling up and standing. He thinks he is really doing something. He has stood up alone for 10-20 seconds once. I'm waiting for him to figure out that he can do it longer and with making steps forward. Then life will get even more interesting. Until then we are enjoying watching him crawl and pull up.

Timmy's first prescription medicine
I took Timmy to the doctor yesterday because he has had a cough/cold for five days and on day four he was so fussy that I knew something was different. When I took him to the doctor the first thing she did was look at his ears and right away she said he had an ear infection. I felt bad :-( for not having taken him earlier because he had been pulling at his ears for days but he's been pulling at his ears a lot since he started teething and he's cutting his "I" teeth now so I just figured it was his teeth. My bad. I'll know better next time. On the upside though, he sure does like the bubble gum flavor of the medicine he is taking. He even licks his lips afterward to make sure he got it all. It's too cute. I'm sure after getting a days worth of meds in him he is going to be a different boy today. Yipee!!!

Fifth Tooth
Timmy cut his fifth tooth on Saturday (2-28). His sixth one won't be far behind. He's had a tough go of it cutting so many teeth almost back to back. I really felt sorry for him with these though because he has had a cold while cutting them. I hated that he has been fighting cold symptoms while cutting teeth:-(. Well, he just woke back up so I better go but I just wanted to let you all know about his fifth tooth.
