Christmas at Maw Maw's

We celebrated Christmas with my family on New Year's Day because some of the family members had been sick and we couldn't do it at Christmas. We all had a great time. Here are some pictures for all of you to see:

"I got this from my Uncle Calvin and Aunt April. It makes lots of cool sounds and spins. Oh Boy!"

Tristan loves sitting on his Uncle Calvin's lap. Don't they look alike?!

"I'm so happy on the floor playing with the toy my Uncle Calvin and Aunt April got for me."

"Oh boy, a glow worm. Thanks Maw Maw!"

We got Maw Maw a musical mouse and a 3-n-1 printer for Christmas. She loved the mouse!

"Opening gifts is fun because I get to put the paper in my mouth."

"Oh boy numbers and letters for me to play with in the tub. Thanks Uncle Ernie and Amy!"

We got this gift for Tristan. It's Horton Hears A Who.

We also got this one for Tristan. It's some books.

This is Ernie with his girlfriend Amy.

Happy New Year

This has been a big year for our household because of having a new addition to the family. Timmy is a joy and a blessing. I can't tell you how much our lives have changed with having a child. People tell you that your lives are going to really change but you don't know just how much until it actually happens. I can say that life is never boring with a little one in the house. He keeps us hopping. Timmy is changing so much and we are looking forward to this new year with him as he continues to change and grow. This year will get real interesting as he will be getting mobile and I'm sure he will keep us on our toes once that happens. Anyhow, all that to say HAPPY NEW YEAR! May God bless you greatly in the coming year!

"Check out my new skills"

"I learned how to do this recently. Da Da and Ma Ma thinks it's funny."

"Nan playing piano with me"

"I'm having lots of fun with my Nan."

"Hey, I Want One Of These"

"Maybe some day Dad will pass this on to me.":

"Uncle Jeff brought this for my Da Da but I want it."

"Wow, this is bigger than my play hammer."

"Ma Ma let me touch the gold part but Da Da is holding it."

"I love that my Da Da is playing with me with his hammer."

"Uncle Jeff went shopping with me and this is what he got..."

"It's a piano. It's makes lots of noise. Yeah!"

"Bring it closer Uncle Jeff so I can bang on it."

"Yeah, I love banging on this!"

"Oooooh, each one makes a different noise."

"I love this toy. I'm going to have lots of fun with it. Thanks Uncle Jeff for getting this for me."

Uncle Jeff Brought More Christmas For Timmy

"I got more presents from my Uncle Jeff, Aunt Debbie, and Cousin Corey. My first gift was an outfit. I had more fun unwrapping that one because I can't play with clothes. Here are several pictures of me opening that gift."
"More wrapping paper. Yummy!"
"It won't take me long to get all this off."

"I'm well on my way to getting it all off."
"Yeah, I can put it in my mouth now."
"Well look at that. I can lift it over my head."
"Now this gift looks like a toy, oh boy!!!"
"Hurry up Da Da and get it out of the box for me so I can play with it."
"I wonder what this does? Oh boy, it plays music!"
"Now how am I going to get this in my mouth?! I'll figure out something."
"Thanks Uncle Jeff, Aunt Debbie, and Cousin Corey for my gifts! I love you!"

Timmy's First Christmas

Here are some pictures of Timmy opening his Christmas gifts from us:

"I wonder what this could be?"

"I know that I'm suppose to watch this but I like putting it in my mouth."

"What is this cool looking thing?"

"The paper taste good!"

"Oh boy things that pop up. I'm gonna have lots of fun with this."

"This is a big one. Wow, lots of paper!"

"This sure is a big box! Let's get out what's inside so that I can play with it."

"Da Da had to put this together so that I could play with it. Thanks Da Da!"

"It makes noise! Oh boy! I love this gift!"

Take a look at this

This is a picture of Scot when he was 8 months old. Looks just like Timmy, huh?!

Hold The Phone!!!

Nan was on the phone this evening and we put it on speaker phone, as usual, so that Timmy could hear her. Here are his reactions:

"Hey, that's my Nan on the phone."

"Please, can I hold it?!"

"I got it! I got it!"
