Body Coach Exercises

These are the Body Coach exercises that T has been doing while he recovers from shin splints. Some of the exercises are specifically for helping his shins recover better. Most are core exercises. He’s been doing a ton of the core exercises. This video is just showing snippets of what he’s currently doing. The Coach has him doing sets of these and some sets are 50 reps. T’s core is going to be crazy strong. 

Engine Switch Out In The Machine

After our commercial project over the July 4th weekend Scot has had to do an engine switch out.  We killed the engine on our machine on the last project.  It had lots of hours on it though.  So glad he was able to find the engine in stock and a belt that he wanted to replace too while the engine was off the machine.  It will be running so nicely for when we do our next commercial client next week.  They are also a repeat client.  We sure love our repeat clients.  Our goal is to make every client a forever client.  

New Business Cards On The Way

We changed up our business card a little bit and really like how it looks.  Just thought I would share what they are going to look like with you here.

Earlier This Evening…

Lots of rain. Damaging winds blew trees over in road ways and took out power over by 540 and Buffalo Rd. Praise the Lord that we have a truck because it was flash flooding like I’ve not seen in a long long while. So glad that by the time we reached home the rain wasn’t near as bad and neither was the wind.

Nike Air Force 1’s

T’s been asking for these AF1’s for a long time and this weekend while working with his dad he earned them. Now he learns about how to keep shoes like these clean as well. We’ve never bought shoes like these for him because of how easy it is to mess them up…LOL! I’m proud of him for earning them though. He worked hard for them at the commercial project.

Pics of T Running the Wand

T really enjoyed helping his dad on this commercial project. They did an entire hotel in just three days time. They were working hard. Of course Scot did the majority of the work but it was a perfect opportunity to teach T how to run the wand and clean😊. T mostly helped keep the hose out of the way while his dad worked. Basically making sure it didn’t get tangled up😊.  He sure did enjoy running the wand though and I see Scot allowing him to do that more and more.

T Working With His Dad

T is learning the business. He’s doing so good. So proud of this kiddo stepping in and helping out his dad like he’s doing. These two will do great things together. So incredibly glad that he and his dad have such a great relationship. 

One of my greatest hopes and dreams was to make a life with someone that would not only be a fantastic husband but an incredible father as well. God has blessed me so immensely. 

I wanted my kid to have what I didn’t growing up. I wanted better for him. It has been such a blessing to have such an incredible man in my life who has also been such an amazing father to our son. To see T reach an age where he can really chip in with the business and be such a help to his dad is wonderful. It blows me away at how much he has grown up this past year. He’s no longer a little boy but he’s a young man that has an amazing future. I pray the bond that he has with his dad just keeps growing stronger and that he never forgets all that he learns from his dad.

T has just about got me. I have him by a smidge. That still counts right…🤣🤣🤣???
