Happy Mother’s Day 💐

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms. My guys are in Charlotte. T has been doing privates and team training all weekend with his coach in order to get ready for a tournament in Texas Memorial Day weekend. Since T was born on Mother’s Day we like to celebrate Mother’s Day and his birthday together on T’s birthday anyhow. Our celebration will happen Wednesday. Can’t believe he will be 14. I’m so blessed to be the mom of such an amazing young man who’s so smart and has goals that he’s moving toward. He is a go getter. He’s already looking so much more like a man than a boy. I’m so glad that he made me a mother. I’m so thankful for God blessing me with him. There’s never a dull moment with him. I hope everyone enjoys every moment of their Mother’s Day with their families. 

Today at Training

I haven’t seen the videos from today as of yet but when the boys get home I’ll get to see them and share them. T did however send me this pic of him getting a really good turning back kick to the body of one of his teammates, Ryan, that I wanted to share with you. When they get home we’ll get to talk in more detail and I can share with you all about Saturday’s team training session. I can share this much though that his dad said, "He’s looking stronger and better". Scot also thought the coach seemed to be surprised at how well T is doing as well. My boy is growing up and maturing and so many light 💡 bulb moments are happening for him right now. 

T’s Birthday Haul

Although T’s birthday isn’t until Wednesday I wanted to share with you his birthday haul. The first two pics are of more comfortable head strap equipment for his VR headset. In the pic of the outfits we bought the first 3 and Maw Maw bought the last one. He’s grown out of just about all of his summer outfits. Plus we got him some more TaeKwonDo shoes because his other ones are wearing out fast💨.   Also we got him another USA Olympics tshirt because the one Chris gave him is getting too small.

Crazy Storm Front

We live in what I call a valley because storm will be on every side of us and miss us completely. Check this out. 

The storm comes together after it’s passed us. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen but it happens a ton. 

Kick A Thon Update

T was slated to attended a kick a thon tomorrow but will now be doing his kicks next week when he goes to class. We had to make a last minute decision after talking with his coach for the boys to go to Charlotte and train this weekend and next weekend in order for T to get ready for the Texas Open tournament that he’s attending Memorial Day weekend. These two weekends is all he’ll get with Master Wasiu before heading to Texas and T needs this time with him. This is a pic I got when I was FaceTiming with T after his haircut.
