Lunchtime

Timmy had a hotdog and chips for lunch. He had BBQ chips for the first time and loved them. He even pulled a mommy. He went MmmmMmmmmMmmmmm. Yes, I talk to my food. Especially when it's something I love to eat. Today was the first time Timmy had done that. I looked at Scot and was like, I wonder where he gets that from and all fingers pointed back at me as we were laughing. Good times!

Fun in the sand

Daddy and Timmy had fun playing in the sand together. I had fun taking pictures. My shadow is in some of the pictures. So I guess you could say I'm in them too. We are going to wear this boy out so that he doesn't wake us at 6:30 in the morning again...lol.

"Daddy look, I got sand on the shovel. Now to get it in the bucket before it falls off."

"Let's get us some sand."

"Look Daddy, it's Mommy taking pictures again. Oh brother."

"Look Daddy and Mommy, I got a shell."

This is mine and Scot's favorite picture so far. Timmy is just having so much fun in the sand.

The Waves

With the rip current we won't be going into the water very far but I did want to show you some shots of the waves.

View Off The Front Porch

We have a nice view off the front porch of the cottage. If you look real closely at the first picture you can see someone parasailing. It's such a beautiful day here today!

Waking Up At Atlantic Beach

Timmy woke us up bright and early at 6:30 this morning. You can tell by looking at Daddy's eyes that it was rough waking that early. Timmy has always slept 'til 8:30-10:00 in the morning. So this was quite a rude awakening for us this morning...lol. That's OK though. Timmy was just so excited to be going to the beach and playing in the sand.

Ok Popsie and Nan, this is what Timmy was doing while we were on the phone with you guys.

Fun time at the Y with friends

Timmy had fun at the pool today with his friends, Colin and Nikki. Enjoy the pics of the kids fun time. Sherry, Colin and Nikki's mom, and I enjoyed having an adult play date ourselves. It's so nice to get together with good friends and have good conversation while your kids play together.

The first thing Timmy went for were the pool toys.

Colin really loves the water as much as Timmy does.

Snack Time! At the Y you have to get out of the pool once an hour for about ten minutes or so. So we plan accordingly to have drinks and snacks at that time.

Colin and Timmy are going to be great buds.

I was able to snag this precious shot of this sweetheart. Nikki is such a cutie.

Timmy really enjoyed playing with the guy lifeguards. He really had a great time with this lifeguard because he got in the water with him. But it didn't matter if they got in the water because Timmy was all about playing with those guy lifeguards as you will see in the next pic as well.

It's Just Timmy's Size

A dresser was given to us for Timmy's big boy room a couple of weeks ago and he discovered this right away:

"Hey, Look Dada, it's just my size."

Carpet Cleaner in Training

The other evening Scot and I were doing some ceiling to floor cleaning. Timmy decided he wanted to help us with it and got a hold of the vacuum cleaner. He did really well with it too.

"Hey what you doing with that camera? Pictures weren't part of the deal."

Dexter the Tool Dog

Timmy decided the other day that Dexter needed a tool belt so he put it around his neck. If you look closely you can see it. It's a Bob the Builder tool belt.

"Come on guys. Save me from this little boy."
