Day 2 AM Session at USAT Eastern Sparring Training Camp

AM Session today. T is loving it. When he came off the mat the first thing he says to us is his teeth hurt. He just got them adjusted at the orthodontist right before he had to come to this training camp. Didn’t complain about hard the training was though. He’s so in his element here. #NoPainNoGain #TaeKwonDo4Life
