Day 2 PM Session at USAT Eastern Academy Sparring Training Camp

T has a good day. There was a ton of drills today. T is sore and having muscle cramps tonight. His shin is bother him also. So we have him soaking in an epsom salt bath. We’ve had him laser his leg. He’s getting ibuprofen. Then he’s resting so he’s ready to go for the AM and PM training tomorrow.
