NC Zoo

Took the opportunity to go to the Zoo today. It was Timmy's first time at the Zoo and he enjoyed every moment of it. It was hard to get him to go from one exhibit to another. The Giraffe's were his favorite part of the Zoo because he got to interact with them as you will see as you look through the pictures that we took. Enjoy!

"All these people. All this noise. Go away and leave me alone."

"I'm Howling Mad Murdock. I'm ready to fly. Hey wait a minute. You guys did knock BA out right?!"

We told Timmy it was time to walk to the next exhibit and this is how he walked...lol.

"Feeding the Giraffe is soooo cool."

"It sure would be nice if one of these people would come in here. Live food would be nice."

"Yeah, I'm a big bear and so what of it."

"I guess they put these here for us kids to swing on. Woohoo!"

"Ok, I was trying to sleep but you folks won't go away so I'll pose."

State Fair 2011

Went to the Fair yesterday. It was a long day but the kids had a blast. Here are some pics:

Tristan and Timmy on the Ferris Wheel

That's Tristan on a Dinosaur ride that spins. We were all on it but because of all the spinning Tristan was the only one that was in the pic.

This was a Dinosaur roller coaster ride.

This was their favorite. They rode it several times. It's the Carousel.

This is what the boys wanted as a souvenir. They are as big as the boys...lol.

Pumpkin Painting

Tristan spent the weekend at our house and Saturday they painted their pumpkins that they got from Vollmer Farms. They had a blast.

Vollmer Farms with Timmy's Preschool Class

Today Timmy's Preschool did a trip to Vollmer Farms. Maw Maw and Tristan were able to come too. Everyone had such a great time and I got pics. Check them out:

Tractor Ride (aka hay ride but there is no hay)

Chickens! Timmy can see these anytime because our next door neighbors have some. Tristan was checking out the Rooster that came out of the coup when we showed up.

Rooster came out strutting when we showed up to let us know who is the boss...lol.

Timmy is talking back to the chickens here but not sure what he was saying...lol.

This is a big pumpkin filled with air that they can jump on. The boys really loved this.

The boys picking out their pumpkins to take home and decorate at the end of the day. They were tired boys. What a great day!

Playdate at the Park and lunch at McD's

Met my friend Paula at the Park this past Thursday to find out that they had added on some new playground equipment. Some of my MOPS friends were there with their kids too. A lot of fun was had by all.

Craft Time

Timmy painted a picture frame so that he could put a picture of Popsie and Nan in it to put in his bedroom. He had lots of fun painting the frame.

1st day of Preschool in the 3's class

Today was Timmy's 1st day at preschool after the summer break. He was so excited to be back. He went right in the room and said bye mommy and went to playing. Here are some pics I got:
