I finally got a night guard from my dentist. I’m wearing it for the first time tonight. We’ll see how it goes. I’m definitely ready to wake up without a headache. I’m a night grinder and sometimes I catch myself doing it during the day. This guard can be worn day or night. Hallelujah🙌! Here’s to a great nights sleep 😴 💤 🛌!
