TPUSA's halftime show this past Sunday was awesome. It was nice to watch a halftime show that was more family friendly than I've seen in many, many years. Watching their halftime show reminded me of how the halftime shows used to be when they put making sure it was family friendly of most of importance above everything else. When they were considerate of the little eyes that were watching. When it mattered to have a halftime show that was more American than in more recent years.

Homeschool Bowling Social last Wednesday...
Tim had a great time at the homeschool bowling social last Wednesday. After the ice from the weekend before everyone was ready to get out of their homes for a bit before the next weather system of snow came in. Here's some pictures:
Snow (from Saturday)...
We ended up with 5" of snow in Wendell, NC. Here's a picture of our flag blowing in the wind as the snowfall came down.
Learning to Drive in the Snow...
We took Tim out on Sunday after it snowed on Saturday for him to learn to drive in the snow. He did really good driving in the snow. There's always chances for learning experiences you just have to make the time when circumstances allow for them. He's always learning something new that will help him navigate life as a man.

Verse of the Day...
Precept Ministries made this post on social media and I wanted to share it here:
David celebrates God as the one who lights his path, giving strength to overcome obstacles. By God’s power, he can “run against a troop” and “leap over a wall.” His Word is trustworthy, His way is perfect.
God doesn’t just give light for the moment—we can lean on His guidance and step forward in faith every day.
