Timmy's radiology imaging

This morning Timmy is getting images done of his belly. We are praying and hoping this helps the Peds GI doctor figure out what's going on with Timmy's belly.
This is the machine doing the imaging. He had to eat radioactive egg whites and two pieces of toast.
This is daddy all set up with Netflix for Timmy to watch.

A World Wind of a Ride part 2

Tomorrow marks three weeks of dealing with my son having been sick. Now that we are on our way to recovery and home I thought I'd share some pictures of Timmy's first ever hospital stay. But before that let me give honor and praise to God for watching over our boy and showing the doctors what was causing him to throw up and have diarrhea. So glad and proud of our guy for drinking down all that Miralax so that it could clean all that blockage out of his intestines. It's been something he's not likely to ever forget. Here are the pictures.
The minecraft legos that Faith Town Kids brought to Timmy.
Drinking his first of six miralax concoctions. He was a trooper and he didn't havta get the tube in his nose and throat for it like many kids havta do.
The Star Wars legos that Maw Maw brought to him.
This is a Mixel. Three of the same color packages, but makes different mixels, make a maga Mixel which you will be able to see in the next pic.
He luv'd the mega Mixel.
Resting on Mama.
Playing in the kids playroom. He changed the weather for this month to read this on the calendar...lol:
Finally getting to eat.
Even fish like selfies. He followed Scot's phone, which had the camera facing the him, everywhere...lol.

Timmy is so glad to be home now. First order of business was to play the Xbox...lol.

A World Wind of a Ride

After nearly three weeks of dealing with what started as a stomach bug I insisted they admit Timmy and find out what's causing his throwing up and diarrhea. The ER docs ran tests and did and ultrasound but still found nothing. I wasn't settling for that so this evening after admitting Timmy into Wake Med they finally found out that he has a massive blockage in his intestines. He has A LOT of poop that he'll be expelling tomorrow as they give him miralax. Tonight he's resting well in the children's ward at Wake Med. What a world wind ride this has been but we finally know that the symptoms are all from being blocked. So thankful for answers. And to think had I not been insistent they would've once again sent him home. So thankful for so many praying brothers and sisters during all this. God revealed what was hidden to the doctors. PTL!!!  Even with all he's had going on he's still being such a champ:-)))!

TKD last night

Timmy was finally able to go to TaeKwonDo last night after being sick for 2 1/2 weeks. It looks like we are getting on the other side of this stomach virus finally.

X-Ray

Timmy had his first ever X-Ray today of his stomach and the the lady doing it showed him how it works and then let him see his X-Ray afterward. He really enjoyed getting that done even though it didn't look like it in the pic:
