Nick Jr. Special Behind the Scenes Look - Nickelodeon Storytime LIVE!

Amy (My brother, Ernie's, Girlfriend) got free tickets so that Timmy and Tristan could go see this show. They had a blast. We sat on the floor up at the stage. If you have kids and Story Time Live comes to your town try to go see it. It held Timmy's and Tristan's attention the whole time. For a 2 and 3 year old that is saying something!!! The speaking is off in the video but you will get the general idea.

Timmy's Birthday Cookout with the Family (May 11th)

Tuesday, May 11th, was Timmy's Birthday. He turned 2 years old. A fun time was had by everyone. Enjoy all the pics. There's lots of them. The Birthday theme was Elmo. Timmy loves Elmo.

Food Lion did a great job with Timmy's cake and at a really good price. Now I know the difference's in the icing. This cake was done in a whipped cream icing. It was really good!

"Oh boy Elmo!" (He was suppose to blow out the candle but went for Elmo...lol.)

He got lots of kids craftsman tool toys from Scot's family. One even hooks up to the waterhose...lol. He will have lots of fun with that one this summer.

"Oh boy what's this one???"

"It's a Jack Hammer. Yipee!"

"Oh boy it's a Thomas Train set!"

"It's a ball popper. I just love playing with my cousin Tristan's. Now I have one of my own."

This was one of the many dvd's Timmy received. He got 3 elmo dvd's and 1 Wow Wow Wubbzy.

"Why do they put this plastic stuff on the dvd's. How's a fella suppose to get into them that way."

"A chain saw like Daddy's. Hooray!"

This is the smile on his face when he saw what you will see on the next pic.

"Lots of tools! Hurry and get them out of the box so I can play with them."

"This sure looks cool. Can we play with it now?"

"Cool! I just love balls!"

His cousin Daniel is teaching him how to bat the ball. Timmy had so much fun playing with this gift with his cousins.
THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE GIFTS!!!!

Elmo Curtains for Timmy's Playroom

Seeing as I can't sew a lick, my good friend, Lisa Shaffer, made Elmo curtains for Timmy's playroom. She did a fantastic job!!! The picture below doesn't really do them justice. They look like they were store bought. That is how great they look. What an awesome talent to have. WooHoo Lisa!!! Timmy loves them! Thanks for sharing your talent Lisa:-)!

Sporting the Tourist Look

This is one of Timmy's favorite hats to wear. He has several of them but this one gives him the tourist look. Don't ya think?

"Hey Man! I'm ready for the beach."

A Praise Jesus Moment

I got a call from Scottie yesterday that he was at the dealership with our work van. The work van went into limp mode. He putt putted it into the dealership to have them look at it. It had two problems. The first was an oxygen sensor. The other was an egr valve malfunction. Both things were covered under warranty and were fixed free of charge. What a Praise Jesus moment that was!!!

Look what Timmy got into at Best Buy

I had to take my laptop to the Geek Squad at Best Buy the other day to check something for me and while there Timmy and Daddy went on a walk about and just check out these pics. Timmy did this himself with no help...lol.

"Wow, this thing is cool."

"Hey Daddy! This is so much fun. Can we have one of these?"

If we were thinking about getting front loaders we may want to reconsider that...lol.

Hot Wheels Cycle

Nan and Pop bought this for Timmy when they were here Easter weekend. It has quickly become one of his favorite toys. He calls it his cycle.

"Hi Nan and Popsie! Thanks for the cycle."

"Hmmm, where should I go next?"

"Aren't I just the cutest litttle boy in the world?!"

"Ooops, dead end."

"I better turn around now."

Look what I did Uncle Jeff

This post is especially for Uncle Jeff. He thought one of the first things Timmy would do with his toy box would be to get inside of it but it's taken him until now to do it. Enjoy the pics Uncle Jeff. Timmy got quiet and this is how I found him this morning...lol.

"Oh no I've been caught."

"Mom, am I in trouble? I hope not because this is fun."

"Wow, this thing is big enough for me and my toys. I wonder if Dexter will fit in here too?!"

Timmy's "Early" Birthday Gift continued...

Here's a pic of the playset all together. Timmy loves it. He has had so much fun playing on it already and he's only had it for less than 24 hours...lol.

In the pics below Timmy is having fun in the swing. He is going to get lots of use out of this playset and we can interchange things such as the hanging monkey bars etc. as he grows. God is so Awesome! The lady had just posted this item on craigslist and before she could get from upstairs where the computer was to downstairs in the kitchen I rang her phone. Now how's that for a quick response. Thank you God!

"This is fun!"

"Weeee!" He was actually saying that.

"Again Again!"

Happy "Early" Birthday Timmy

I've been looking on Craigslist for weeks now looking for an outdoor playset for our little man and we found this one for $150.00. It has a swing attachment not shown in the pics below. Timmy was so excited just to have the tower and slide up that we are going to have to attach the swing portion at a later time. This is a Step2 playset. If any of you parents have done any checking into Step2 outdoor playsets you know they are quite pricey. It was such a blessing to find this on Craigslist because it saved Scot from having to build a tower himself which would have took some time. What a blessing finding this was. Thank you God!

"Thanks Daddy for helping me my first time up."

"I got this now Daddy!"

"Oh boy I'm up so high!"

"Hey Daddy!"
"Weeeee."
