Core Black Belt Testing Yesterday…
Yesterday Core had a black belt testing that we helped at. T helped with the Daedo system and refereeing. I of course took pictures. Scot recorded the videos. Such a busy day and a blessing to be a part and watch T’s Master, Master Douglas earn his 5th Dan Black Belt. T’s Grand Master, Grand Master Jun Lee, was there as one of the judges. T-8 Days....
T-8 days until our 16th Wedding Anniversary. 16 years and we are still alive😂😂😂. No seriously, we enjoy every moment we have together. Looking forward to celebrating in 8 more days.
Wednesday’s TaeKwonDo Class….

2022 has been an exciting year of training and competition and while it is soon coming to a close, it is not without another chance for YOU to ID YOURSELF!
The 2022 SPARRING ATHLETE ACADEMY CAMP will be held at the United States Olympic Performance Center in Concord, North Carolina, December 10 & 11, 2022.
The Athlete Academy Camps provide elite level technical training and strategic sparring sessions with US Head Coach Paul Green alongside current USATKD Resident and Scholarship Athletes.
Excelling at the Athlete Academy Camp provides YOU with the potential OPPORTUNITY to be selected as the next USATKD Scholarship or Resident Athlete.
This Sparring Athlete Academy Camp is open ONLY for those athletes who have excelled at Talent ID Sparring Camps AND those who have medaled at 2022 USATKD Major Event (Black belt athletes, 12 years old & older).
Athletes qualified will receive an email invitation with registration information for the 2022 Athlete Academy Sparring Camp.
T is really looking forward to this opportunity. He can't wait to attend this camp with his teammates. This is such a great opportunity for all of them to get to do.

T Getting It Done...
T has been getting his schoolwork done this evening after spending a long day on a commercial project with his dad. He's been getting after it. I was home taking care of a ton of paperwork for the end of the year. Still so much more to do though. Never a dull moment around here. Good thing we hardly ever watch any tv anymore. There's not enough time for it and here we are in the height of Christmas movie time too. I'm gonna havta record them and hopefully I'll find time to watch them before Christmas actually gets here...LOL!

Joanne & Leon's 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration...
Yesterday we got to go to a 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration for my best friend from high school. Joanne is one of my oldest and dearest friends. When we get to see one another it is like no time has past even though it could have been years since we've seen one another. Here are couple of pics from yesterday.
William Came Home Yesterday!
Such exciting news for our family yesterday. We so wish we could have been there to celebrate with them but wanted to share this link with you all. Such tears of joy as I was watching this and seeing our nephew running around hugging everyone. Thank you God for watching over and taking care of our nephew, William, every step of the way in his healing process. Click on the link below to see the video. Finally Got To Do Training....
T finally got to train today after 6 weeks of one sickness after another with a tiny bit of feeling good in-between the sicknesses. Sad part was that he got to come back today and the teammates he trains with were all MIA today so T got to train with bully bob and give him a beat down today....LOL!

#GrowingProbs
Measured T’s biceps 💪 against his dads tonight. His dads are only 3” larger than T’s😱😱😱. Also, measured their thigh muscles and his dad was only 3 1/2” bigger than T’s. In six weeks time the boy has had two colds, fluid in his ear that caused balance and hearing issues, then pink eye. I said all that so you’d know hardly any training has happened because he’s been recovering. So the muscle tone that is happening in this boy is all genetics😳😳😳. That being said it makes it interesting in the sport T does because he has to fit into a weight division. 😂😢🤦🏻♀️🤣😭🤦🏻♀️ those are the mixed emotions I’m having right now…LOL! Needless to say we need him to get much much taller. We may need to hook the boy up to a stretching machine😜🤪🤣🤣🤣. So much natural muscle tone🙄. #growingprobs

T'Money Looking Fly....
T is no longer wearing any kids sizes in clothes anymore😢. We had to breakdown and buy mens small in Adidas pants yesterday. Kids sizes are too small and mens are a little big on him. At least it leaves some room for growing. This momma bear isn't ready for all this growing up😭. T is loving every minute of it though and laughing at me to boot...LOL😂😂😂! Check out this pic of him in his new pants. He is such a handsome young man. He's going to need shoes for training purposes soon and I'm not looking forward to having to put $200 down on a pair of those. Prices are going up, up, up on clothes and shoes. Can't wait for Christmas sales to really kick in so things will be priced where they should be.
