Advanced Swimming Lessons

Timmy's doing great with his advanced swimming lessons.  He's learning all the swim strokes and really getting it.  Hoping this will be our last swim lessons.  We'll see?!?!

Another era has past

I know I post a lot of pictures but there will be no picture with this post and you'll know why in moment. Timmy no longer needs me to help him get bathed and dressed for bed at all. He can start the shower and get it to the tempurature he wants now, dry off, and get dressed all on his own. The last two he's already been doing but the other just happened recently. It's a sad but happy time. It's sad because my baby is growing up but happy because there is so much freedom in being able to say go take a shower and not having to go with him...lol. But it's really gotten real that he is growing up. I've cherished these years of helping him get ready for bed. They will be missed but not forgotten. So proud of my growing boy. He's changing so much more now. But at least he still luvs to have cuddle time with his mom. I hope that lasts forever (which I know it won't but I can dream can't I...LOL!?!). 

Beginning of Black Belt Testing Cycle

Tonight it all just got very real for our son, Timothy. He's doing his first black belt testing class for the testing cycle. Here are some pics:

We watched the Fireworks in Rolesville this year. I luv watching fireworks🤗. Here are a few pictures I took:

Emmet the Fish

Timmy's been asking for a fish for a long time so earlier this month we got him one. Meet Emmet:

Father's Day (June 19th)

Scottie had a fantastic Father's Day and Timmy luv'd on his dad extra special too.  We took him to Bonefish Grill.  It's one of his favorite restaurants to eat at.

Bonefish Grill gave him a knife to take home.

He got this Lego set too. 

Timmy got his black band!!! (June 17th)

Timmy got his black band at the Y.  This means he can swim anywhere in the pool now.  He is so excited!!!  So proud of him.  He worked hard to get it.

Timmy learned how to ride his bike on two wheels!!! (June 2nd)

Timmy learned how to ride his bike on two wheels earlier this month.  Woohoo!!!  We are so excited for him.  Here are a couple of pics of his daddy working with him and the next post will be a video of him actually riding it by himself at our house.

Timmy's Birthday (May 2016)

Timmy wanted a blow up this year for his party so we got him one.  He had a blast and loved every moment of playing on it with his friends and cousins.

Our new puppy Tucker

My sister, Margaret's, dog had puppies and we just had to get us one of those cuties.  Puppy training has been a blast...NOT!  The only real thing we are having to constantly say to him is NO when it comes to biting and wanting to chew on everything.  Other than that he's getting pretty well trained.  He's a good puppy and Timmy adores him.
