Atlantic Beach Trip

Timmy got to spend a few days at the beach with his cousins and had a blast.  Here are a few pics:

While at the beach we all went to the aquarium.  The kids had so much fun there.

Homeschooling

We have made the decision to homeschool starting this school year.  I recently received Timmy's school curriculum from Sonlight.  I'm really excited to be getting started on August 19th and I have gotten all organized.  Here's a picture of the organized bookshelf:

I think Timmy is as excited as I am:-).  We have also transformed the dining room into a partial school room as well.  It's gonna be an exciting year of learning.  I'm looking forward to being a part of Timmy's learning experience and watching as he learns to read and process things.  I've always enjoyed watching as he has learned things and now with us starting down this wonderful world of homeschooling that doesn't have to stop:-).  So thankful for homeschooling friends who have been doing this for years that I can bend their ears when I have questions.  What a blessing that we are all going down this road together.

VBS 2013 Water Gun Fight

The boys won the contest during VBS and got to have the big water guns against the girls who got itty bitty water guns.  The girls left soaked while the boys were mostly dry:-)!  Here are a few pics:

Build and Grow

Timmy and Tristan luv doing the Build and Grows at Lowe's.  Usually Scot goes and does this with them but I actually had to go this time and do it with them.  So glad I didn't mess it up...lol.

NLC Daycamp 2013

We are coming to the end of the week and Timmy and Tristan have had a fantastic week at New Life Camp's Daycamp this week.  They have come home excited every evening talking about their day and singing the new songs they have learned.  Luv seeing them so excited and having so much fun.  Here's a pic I took of them this morning before taking them to camp.

Father's Day Weekend Beach Trip 2013

We've been going to the beach as a family for Father's Day weekend for several years now.  We love our family time.  It's so precious to us.  Fun was had by all and Scot was able to really get some down time in.  Here are some pics I was able to get:

Camera Fun

Timmy wanted a camera and we were seriously thinking about going and getting him a fisher price kid tough camera then I remembered that we had an old digital camera that we don't use anymore so we gave it to him.  You would have thought it was Christmas in our home.  He luvs it and has been having so much fun with it:-)!

Zip Line Fun

While over at my friend Sherry's house yesterday her son Colin showed Timmy their zip line.  Timmy luv'd it.  I had a hard time getting him off of it.  Then when he came home you can guess what the first thing he asked his Daddy for was...lol.
