Update on Our Van....

After months of them telling us they were fixing our van and giving us completion dates they have now come back and said they are going to total our van😕.  So now we are on a search for a new vehicle and we believe we have found one that will work for us that we can use for the business as well as be something for me to drive.  We are hoping/praying that they give us a descent settlement on our van that they are totaling so that we will have enough of a downpayment to get the new vehicle.  It is currently being transported to Raleigh so that we can test drive it.  Hoping to test drive it some time this week.  Pray that everything works out and that we are able to get this vehicle.  Being down to one vehicle makes it harder for Scot and myself because there are always things on our calendars that conflict with each other.  We have to have a second vehicle.  It's not a want but a need.  God tells us in His Word that He will supply all our needs so we are trusting him completely for everything to work out for our good and for His Glory.  God knew this was going to happen.  He's the Alpha and Omega.  The beginning and the end.  We put our trust in Him and we know that all is well!  God has got this!!!  Thanks for standing in agreement in prayer with us for everything to work out for our finding and getting a new vehicle.  It is greatly appreciated.

RIP Van.  You served us well.

2023 Carolina Rumble Pictures....

Here are some pics that I took at the rumble last weekend.

T is a Certified AAU Taekwondo Sparring Coach....

T spent two hours yesterday evening doing the general knowledge and sparring test for becoming an AAU Taekwondo Coach.  He is so excited to be official and now he can help his team coach when he needs help with coaching at AAU events.  It was a long test with lots of reading and watching videos but it was worth it.  He's getting more grown everyday.  So proud of this kid.

T Loves His New Team Hoodie...

Even though T is on the injured list right now he is still showing up for training sessions and keeping his mind engaged.  He helps out where he can until he's able to return to training.

T’s 1st Battle Wound….

So T received his first battle wound of the year at the Rumble yesterday with a rib shot. We took him to get X-rays and there’s nothing broken. So thankful for that because it makes his recovery time shorter. The chiropractor did his assessment this afternoon and T had 4 ribs that had to be put back in. He’s having T rest for two weeks and he’s said no to T doing AAU NC. He wouldn’t be at his best and could aggravate things, possibly make things worse and lengthen his recovery so he sits AAU NC out🫤.

On the flip side though T so enjoyed being there this weekend. He loved training with CJ Nickolas. CJ is a really great guy.

2023 Carolina Rumble…

T had a great time today at the Carolina Rumble being trained by CJ Nikolas who is #6 in the world and is working hard for an opportunity to represent USA in the Olympics.  There were over 100 athletes present for this training. We cheer CJ on as he presses forward towards his goals. He’s a great young man and it was a pleasure to watch him as he taught today.

Getting Shorter By The Minute🙄🙄😱…

Carolina Rumble 2023....

T is headed to the Carolina Rumble in Charlotte this weekend for crossing training and to get a chance to challenge himself with fighters more skilled than he is.  He is looking forward to learning a lot and getting to meet CJ Nikolas.  He is currently ranked #6 in the world.  You have to be #6 and under to be able to represent at the Olympics so as long as he keeps his ranking he will be representing USA at the Olympics. He is a very talented young man and T is looking forward to soaking up all the teaching he gives at this Rumble.
