1st Time Fishing

Timothy went fishing with his buddy Blayden at Blayden’s grandparents home for the first time today. This picture was sent to me in a text message. Timothy caught his first fish. 

Today’s Training Videos

T’Money trained today even with dealing with GI issues and did really good. Here are some videos for your enjoyment.

This last video of just that last shot that T’Money got on Enzo was 6 points. 2 points for the shot to the chest gear, 3 points for the headshot, and 1 point for Enzo falling.

T'Money was blessed with this gear for his tournaments.  Now he has a set he works out in and a set that is for competitions only.  This boy is so incredibly excited and thankful to have this gear!

Hair Done - Check

Took T’Money to get hair colored and cut for the upcoming tourneys. We didn’t actually have her gel and style it today because T’Money has a training session tonight but here are some pictures. 

R.I.P. Rev. Billy Graham

Today we have lost an awesome man of God!!!  While I’m happy for him because he is with the Father in Heaven I’m sadden because I remember watching his crusades as a child. They made such an impact on me as a young person. This nation has lost such an amazing man!  He will be dearly missed. RIP Rev. Billy Graham!!!

He has heard the words Well Done from Jesus and there’s a celebration going on in Heaven right now. Such a great evangelist!  While he may be gone from this world he will never be forgotten!  Check out the link below:

T’Money The Coach

T’Money got to do a little coaching of one of his teammates tonight when they were doing sparring training.

Training at JINHO Today

T’Money had a good day of training at JINHO today even though he’s overcoming a cold. He’s pushing through and keeping on training because State is just a few weeks away and he wants to get all the training in that he can. We took some videos that we’ll post later for everyone to see but enjoy these pictures for now. 

Today’s Training

The kids did sparring training with kids from another Dojang near by today. It was a hard day of training.

Another Training Day for T'Money & HVAC Update

We are fixing to go do his normal Saturday sparring training with some other kids who are joining us to get some extra training time in.  T'Money's looking forward to sparring with some different kids.  He's getting more and more serious when it comes to all aspects of his training and it's showing.  His instructors have been impressed with all his improvements.  And we found out that he can do light head contact at State Championships this year which he wasn't allowed to do last year.  He is so beyond excited!  He has gotten quite good at doing headshots.  And his taller opponents never expect it of him.

Now the HVAC Update:
It got up to 83 degrees yesterday which made the house unbearably hot.  We haven't been able to use the heating side of the HVAC system because it went out on us so we've been using our baseboard heat/space heaters instead to get us through the winter months before replacing the unit.  With it getting so warm yesterday we decided to take a gander and see if the AC side of the HVAC unit worked and to our surprise it did.  It was so nice to get the house cooled downed from the hot day.  It was like a sauna in the house.  But get this, the temps dropped so much last night that, yes you guessed it, that we had to turn off the AC and turn back on the heat but that's North Carolina for ya.  The only State I know where you can experience all four seasons in one day...LOL!

Timothy is getting so much better with his kicks and his instructors are taking notice of it too.

T’Moneys Medals

We've started a GoFundMe page for T'Money for Nationals!  Here's the link to that page:  Send T'Money to Nationals.  If we get him branded between now and then this won't be needed but from what I'm being told it will more than likely be after Nationals before he gets approached to get branded but we are making all the efforts now to make his presence known in the Social Media World so don't be surprised if all of a sudden you see T'Money with his own social medial page because it will be there for branding purposes only.  And only family and friends we know really well who don't post bad stuff on their social media pages will be allowed to be friends with him.  Just trying to be real because he's still a child and I want to keep tabs, as much as possible, on what comes before his eyes to see and read.  

New Gear

New arm, leg, and head gear has been ordered for T’Money!  We had an anonymous financial giver to help make this happen for him. He is beyond excited and grateful!!! 

Be praying with us that we are able to get T'Money branded because when we are able to do that we will also have financial backing for all his tournaments.  And when he becomes part of a national team that will bring all kinds of goodies his way as long as he promotes the brand(s) he wears. Having him branded will take a lot, if not all, of the financial burden of gear costs, tournament costs, and traveling costs off our shoulders.   

In the meantime we are so appreciative of those who step forward who see the potential of this kid and help him with things that he needs to make his dreams come true!  We have such amazing people in our lives!  

Tonight’s Training

Here are some pictures from tonight’s training session. T’Money is working hard towards his goal and we are fine tuning when we get home by having him watch the training videos we take.
