Here's another Lundies Photo

This is by far our favorite photo. What a great head shot. She got his teeth and a great big smile.

9 mo. Lundies Photography Pictures

Here are some of the pics that we had done for his 9 mo. photos. There are still some on order that we will download later that are also as cute as these. Photographer Jamie did a great job on these pics.

A Nice Day Outside

This was taken on the 12th. We had such nice weather that day that we took the dogs out to let them run around and play for a while. Timmy had fun watching them. Scot got this shot of Timmy while the dogs were playing.

"Yeah, I know I'm cute. My cousin Mysterie gave me this cool shirt. Now how can I get down from here and play with the doggies?"

Nan and Popsie are here for a visit

Nan and Popsie are here for a visit. They brought with them some new toys for Timmy and some books. Here is a couple of pics of Nan playing with Timmy and one of his new toys.

"I love this toy that my Nan Nan brought for me."

"Thanx Nan for my new toys! I love you!"

Timmy standing up in his crib

Recently we blogged telling you how we had to lower the crib mattress, take down Timmy's mobile, put the crib against the wall, and start pulling up his rail. Well, he has learned how to pull up and stand up in his crib with the rail up. On the 21st this is how we found him:

"Hi Mama! Look what I can do."

"Aren't I just the cutest thing you have ever seen?!"

Circus Toy

This pic was taken on the 12th. Maw Maw works at the RBC Center part time and she worked the Circus event. Here's a picture of Timmy with a toy that his Maw Maw got for him. It lights up and spins. Timmy really likes it, especially when it's dark...lol.

"Thanx for my new toy Maw Maw. It's really cool."

9 Month Checkup

Timmy's 9 mo. checkup on Wednesday (2-11-09) went fine. He is weighing 17 lbs. and 12 oz. now. He is 28" long. He is doing good and we have advanced him to the next level in baby foods.

Stage 2 Baby Food

The doctor told me at Timmy's 9 mo. checkup on Wednesday that I could go ahead and start him on stage 2 baby foods. Stage 2 foods has meat that he can eat. Below is a picture of his reaction to eating the meat.

"Ah MaMa, Why did you have to go and put that in my mouth?! Yuk!"

Look What Timmy Can Do

"Hey DaDa, What are you doing?"

"I know I look guilty but I promise I'm innocent."

"Oh boy, I'm standing. This is why I get belted in now. Especially after I fell the other day."

"Oh boy, I can see the phone and I hear my Nan talking to me. Now, How can I get to it?"

1st Fall

Timmy had his first fall last night (2-9-09). He was playing in his high chair and decided to lean over the side of the high chair and he leaned a little too far and over he went. I totally freaked out of course. Scot said I handled it better than he thought I would. Timmy's front top tooth bled a little and other than that he was fine. I checked him over very carefully to make sure that he didn't have anything broken. We were blessed because he could have been hurt really bad but he wasn't. Of course, now I'm making sure he is buckled in good. We are so glad that we are faithful to pray over Timmy because we know it was God who kept him safe from any real harm. We praise God for his protection over us. What an awesome God we serve!!!

Tales of Teeth and the Crib Pictures

"I just love to scrunch my nose and can you see my new teeth?"

"Look what I've learned to do. And that's not all. Look at the next picture."

"Yes, I'm on my knees and proud of it."
"Hmmmm, there's my DaDa's hands. Can I make it?!"
"Oh well, I tried."

Tales of Teeth and the Crib

OMW, Timmy has his four front teeth now. He got three of them in a matter of a couple of weeks. He has learned to grit his teeth....ugh. It sounds like finger nails on a chalk board and send chills up my spine...lol.

Anyhow, that's not the only interesting thing he's learned. He has been pulling up on things for weeks but he hadn't tried doing it in his crib yet which has been a blessing. We made it almost nine months without having to take down the mobile over his crib or having to lower the mattress but now it's time. We have had to baby proof the crib. We've had to take it from it's corner position and put it against the wall. We're putting a couple of body pillows on the floor just in case he figures out how to climb out...lol. We've lowered the mattress and removed his mobile. I will post some pictures of how we found him this morning later so you will know why we've had to do what we've done.

The little booger is getting so active now. He's not crawling yet but he sure finds a way to get to where he wants to go and get to whatever it is that he wants...lol.

I'll post some pictures later of how we found him this morning and if I can snap a picture of his four teeth I'll post it too.

Timmy's Favorite Toys

We took these on January 31st. As many toys as Timmy has you'd think that one of them would be his favorite but these are what he loves to play with the most. Go figure?!

"The Hammer" and a screwdriver.

A back scratcher and Q-tip box.
